Writing

I pride myself on thinking creatively, generating original ideas and working to deadlines. I am always open to approaches, however late-in-the-day.

At the current time, I'm working on a popular science book about the natural history of eggs and four really exciting (and innovative) children's books about animals from publishers including Nosy Crow, Quarto and Bloomsbury - look out for them in 2024/25

As well as writing regularly for BBC Science Focus and The Guardian (click here for latest pieces) I have written for a host of other magazines and newspapers including Discover Magazine, The Independent, BBC Focus, BBC Countryfile Magazine and VICE.

Here are my books to date.
